Statements of Faith

I. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, and infallible, authoritative Word of God,

and that HE has preserved it for the English speaking world in the Authorized King James        Version.

II. We believe that there is one GOD, the source, support and end of all things, eternally existent

in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

III. We believe in the 1deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in 2His virgin birth, in 3His sinless life, in 4His

miracles, in 5His vicarious and atoning death, in 6His shed blood, in 7His bodily resurrection, in 8His ascension to the Father's right hand of the throne in Heaven, in 9His personal, premillennial return for His saints, and with 10His saints at the Revelation.

IV. We believe that man is 1totally depraved, a sinner both by nature and practice, therefore

2estranged from God, totally lost and in need of the convicting and regenerating ministry of the Holy Spirit which is the new birth or the Heavenly birth.

V. We believe in the 1personality and existence of Satan, in 2his power and kingdom, in his wiles,

and in 3his judgment at the cross, and 4his eternal destruction in the lake of fire.

VI. We believe in the 1deity and present ministry of the Holy Spirit, that He2 convicts the sinner,

regenerates3 the one who believes, 4indwells, 5seals, 6instructs, reproves and guides the believer, that 7He fills and controls every life that is wholly yielded to Him.

VII. We believe that salvation is the free gift of God offered to man by His grace and received by

personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone.

VIII. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved unto life, and the unsaved unto judgment

(Death) and everlasting damnation.

X. We believe in the local church which is a body of believers (Christ is the head) who have by

faith alone accepted Jesus Christ individually as their only hope of Heaven and eternal life, and baptized by water immersion upon profession of faith in Jesus Christ, and who come together in obedience of Christ to carry out the dictates of the New Testament.

XI. We believe and practice both ecclesiastical and personal separation on the basis of the Word

of God.
